The major of Artificial Intelligence belongs to the electronic information category in the field of engineering. Artificial Intelligence covers a vast knowledge system and involves knowledge and skills in multiple disciplines such as computer science, information science, mathematics, and automation. It has gradually developed into an independent disciplinary field.
The Artificial Intelligence major of Yangtze University is a newly established major that was filed and approved by the Ministry of Education in 2020 and began enrolling students nationwide in 2021.
